Hello everyone. After a while, I am back with some new ideas. One of them would be that I want to share my favorite recipe of every month with you.
This months’ recipe are my Banana Pancakes. They are very delicious; healthy and you need very few ingredients all you need is:
– 1 cup of oats
– 1 banana
– 1 cup of your milk of choice (preferable plant based :))
– a pinch of cinnamon
Put all the ingredients in a blender let it sit for a few minutes. Then heat some coconut oil and make pancakes. (This recipe makes about four pancakes.) As topping, you can use agave syrup, jam or whatever else you like.
